The friendly bakery at 15010 La Mirada Blvd. next door to L.A. Fitness, already has an established relationship with Biola. For years they have been providing bagels to the cafeteria and, more recently, to Common Grounds, The Talon and Eagle’s Nest.

Dorm of the week: Alpha Chi

Alpha Chi is changing from the only all-girl dorm on Biola's campus to co-ed housing.
You might identify Alpha Chi – located between Sigma Chi and Horton Hall, across from Emerson Hall – by its flurry of activity and high-pitched girlish squeals, but this lively dorm has its benefits. Built in 1966, Alpha Chi is a female-only dorm that is home to many underclassmen as well as upperclassmen.

The frozen yogurt chain takes the red in its name seriously with the vibrant hue extending from chairs with “o” shaped backs to red lamps hanging delicately from the ceiling.
