Petty Theft ― Rosecrans Apartments Reported Dec. 4, 8 a.m., occurred between Dec. 3, 6 p.m. and Dec. 4, 8 a.m. A student reported their GPS and other items stolen from their locked vehicle. Two of the stolen items were discovered nearby. The incident was not reported to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s...
