Lauren Vander Tuig is a junior Cinema and Media Arts major with an emphasis in Screenwriting as well as a Journalism minor. She is an avid horror movie fan with an interest in all things creative, including fashion, photography, and art.
Hi! I’m a Southern California native and could not wish for a better place to call home. I enjoy traveling, reading, watching movies, going to art museums, and trying new foods. Currently, I’m a junior Cinema and Media Arts major with an emphasis in Screenwriting and a Journalism minor. Being a student studying both film and journalism, I am someone who loves every aspect of storytelling. This is my first year writing on staff for the Chimes and I’m looking forward to creating content for Biola’s student body.
