Neely elected AS president, Payton wins SMU race

About 400 participate in first day of voting

Elections for AS and SMU began today and will continue Tuesday until 7 p.m. Students can vote at a booth set up by Fluor Fountain. Winners are expected to be announced at 10 p.m.
