A student’s credit card was stolen in an instance of grand theft. The sheriff’s department was contacted and the incident was referred to Student Development. The incident was cleared by exception after the victim decided not to pursue charges.
Petty Theft — Horton Hall

An employee reported a petty theft at Horton Hall. According to Campus Safety, the items were potentially taken as a prank. The incident was referred to Student Development.
Attempted Petty Theft — Library
Reported on April 9, occurred on April 9 at 4:51 a.m.
An officer observed an attempted petty theft at the library. Two individuals were arrested for attempting to steal bicycles and potentially other property on campus.
Marijuana Law Violation — Lido Apartments
Reported on April 10, occurred on April 10 at 11:05 a.m.
Officers searched a student’s room in the Lido Apartments and found marijuana, resulting in a federal marijuana law violation. The incident was referred to Student Development.
Alcohol and Marijuana Law Violation — Alpha Hall

Student Development found alcoholic beverages and marijuana while conducting a room search in Alpha Hall and a vehicle search in Lot L. The incident was referred to Student Development.
Hit and Run — Lot C
Reported on April 13, occurred on April 13 at 10:10 p.m.
A student reported their vehicle was damaged following a hit and run. The case was cleared by exception.
