Satisfy your cravings for a cold drink and gain nutrients from delicious fruits and vegetables by trying these four different types of smoothie recipes. The Emerald, a fruit and vegetable smoothie, features a tart blend of kale and green fruits. The Watermelon Kiwi Twist, a fruit blend, has a unique spin — the taste of red pear. The Tropical M.P. Tango, a fruit and yogurt smoothie, pairs the tropical tastes of mango and coconut with peach. The Autumn Monkey, a creamy treat smoothie, is a pumpkin smoothie jazzed-up with the tastes of banana and honey.

Blend all drinks on high speed until smooth. For a thicker consistency, use frozen fruit or add more ice. You can also upgrade your smoothie by using a scoop of flavored sherbet or vanilla ice cream. Each recipe yields 8 to 10 ounces of smoothie.
