Petty Theft ― Lot D

May 4, 1:00-10:30 p.m.

A student reported that their camera bag stolen from their car. The camera bag was not found. The case was referred to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department.

Fire, Accidental Cause ― Tropicana Apartments

May 9, 11:54 a.m.

A student was cooking on a stove when a pot caught fire. The student left to get a fire extinguisher, but when they returned the fire had been extinguished. Campus Safety called Facilities Management who said there was no permanent damage to the residence.
