Zoë Ware is a freshman English major and Torrey Honors College student who enjoys listening to many kinds of music and reading good books as well as trying new and different foods.
I was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and moved to a small town in Washington State when I was three years old. Later on, I found myself back in Indianapolis at around nine years old before finally settling here in La Mirada by the start of my freshman year in high school. This is merely one example of how unpredictable my life has been and how God’s plan for my life was very different from what I had in mind for my own life.
While I was always creative, I never thought about exploring this side of myself in writing up until middle school, where I was a runner up for a play writing competition. I also never saw myself majoring in English or studying writing at Biola for college, and yet, here I am. Despite the unexpected twists and turns that have occurred in my life, and the fact that my life right now is very different from the one I had planned, I am excited to see what God has in store for my life in this stage and also during my time at the Chimes!
