The Biola Eagles women’s golf team continued their stellar 2024–25 campaign with a blazing success in the desert of North Las Vegas, securing their third Pacific West Conference Women’s Golf Championship in the past four years.
In their three day route to doing so, the team set a PacWest record for the lowest score on an 18 hole course with a -4, and threatened Cal Baptists’s three round record of +11, only missing it by five strokes.
Sophomore Karis Haltom secured her first career tournament victory, riding an excellent final day to a +2 mark and a PacWest Individual Tournament by one stroke.
These successes continue to pour excellence on a marvelous campaign for the Eagle golfers, further entrenching themselves in the record books of college golf and leaving an impression that will be sorely missed if this really is truly the program’s farewell year.
