Rape — Off Campus [Creek Park]
Reported on March 22; incident occurred sometime last month
A student was sexually assaulted by a non-Biola individual at La Mirada Creek Park sometime last month. The victim met the individual on Yik-Yak and the person suggested that they meet at the park. After the student arrived, the individual assaulted her.
Campus Safety encourages students to avoid the park late at night, and not to meet people from social media sites alone, according to a crime alert sent out yesterday.
