The Biola rugby team fell to California Lutheran University on Saturday 40-12. Cal Lutheran was the No. 1 team in the Biola’s division last year so the loss was not a disappointing one for the Eagles. Andrew Eichler scored two tries for the Eagles and helped lead their forward pack in what was the Eagle’s most physical match so far. Biola’s next match is Nov. 11 at Whittier College at 2 p.m.
